Getting Married

All cabins are priced based on double occupancy.  If you require pricing for single cabins, triple or quadruple cabins, or suites, please contact Donna directly.  Also, if you have a Carnival VIFP number, please provide this information on the client basic information form (see below for forms) in the section "If any of the passengers have previously cruised, please name the passenger and the cruise line."  Donna will use this information to check for any incentives or deals that you may individually have with Carnival and add these deals to your booking if applicable.

Prices include cruise, taxes, fees, port charges and gratuities.  Price is listed PER PERSON.  Price does not include air fare, hotel accommodations, excursions, drink packages, travel insurance or anything else not listed below in the "What's included and What's Not" section.

What Does the Price of my Cruise Include?

The price of your cruise includes: 

• A well deserved vacation

• Your stateroom, featuringthe Carnival Home™ Bedding Collection, a flat-screen TV, safe, individual climate control, full bathroom and ample storage space

• Spectacular production shows and entertainment, including hysterical comedians

• Numerous lounges featuring live music and entertainment

• Fitness center

• Pools, hot tub spas, and waterslides

• Youth programs for kids 2-17 years of age

• A variety of dining options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late night in the Main Dining Room and/or Lido Restaurant

The following services are NOT included in the cruise price:

• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar beverages like soda (excluding beverages served in the Main Dining Room and Lido Restaurant such as non-bottled water, lemonade, iced tea, select juices, hot chocolate and non-specialty coffee and tea). While the wedding reception will have an open bar, other alcoholic beverages can either be paid for in advance with the Cheers! Program or individually charged to your cabin.

• Dining in specialty restaurants and snacking at cafes and lounges (featured on select ships), such as but not limited to: The Steakhouse, Bonsai Sushi, Bonsai Teppanyaki, Ji Ji Asian Kitchen, Seafood Shack, Cucina del Capitano, Chibang!, Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse|Brewhouse, The Chef's Table, Emeril's Bistro, Rudi's Seagrill, Il Viaggio, Javablue Cafe, Promenade Cafe, Lido Coffee Bar, Ocean Plaza Cafe, and other lounges that may serve light bites.

• 'Steakhouse Selections' served in the Main Dining Room  

• "Pizza Anywhere" delivery

For 50%, 75% and 100% penalties, we penalize the Total Fare. Total Fare is defined as Cruise Fare, Air Supplement, Transfer Services and Pre/Post Cruise Vacation Packages.

• For full 100% penalties, the refund will only include: Government Taxes & Fees and Optional Prepaid Gratuities.

August 11 - August 30, 2025 - $150 penalty per person

August 31 - September 25, 2025 - 50% penalty

September 26 - October 10, 2025 - 75% penalty

October 11 - sailing date - 100% penalty

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travel.  So, please if you request a quote from Donna, read all of the information and contact Allianz Insurance (the number will be supplied in the quote) for further information.  

If you require assistance in booking a pre-cruise hotel stay, please let Donna know.  She will provide you with a quote for airfare/hotel package or hotel only package.

U.S Passport Book

• Carnival recommends that all guests travel with a passport. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel.  

• U.S. citizens may present a valid, unexpired U.S. passport when traveling via air, land or sea between the United States and the Western Hemisphere countries.

• A passport is highly recommended in the event a guest must fly to a port of call, debark the ship for an emergency during the cruise, or allow for an expedited debarkation process. 

• For any itineraries that include international air travel, a passport is required.

Please make sure you read all of this information carefully because all of the forms are required before you can be booked into a cabin. The forms are best filled out on a computer or tablet instead of a phone. Any questions at all, please contact Donna directly.  Once your forms are completed and submitted, your cabin will be assigned, and you will receive invoices from Sunbreeze Travel and from Carnival Cruises.  Please make sure you check your invoice for accuracy, including spelling of names.  

1. Client Basic Information Form - ONE FORM PER CABIN ONLY.  This form should be completed by the lead passenger in the cabin.  The lead passenger must be at least 21 years old at the time of sailing.

2. Client Insurance Waiver Form - ONE FORM PER ADULT IN CABIN. This form must be returned before you can be booked into a cabin.

3. Client Payment Authorization Form - THIS FORM IS COMPLETED BY ALL WHO ARE MAKING PAYMENTS. Supplier is Carnival Cruises and for the Booking Number put N/A. Please save this link for future payments.
